Permission (request), medical support during the race. Both race start time 6:00 am, multi lap course, the distance monitored will be controlled by timekeeper under the Control oft he Race director. Mandatorily each runner hast o carry a GPS-watch or other GPS devices. The races are self supporting which means the participants bring there own drinks and nutrition fort he race. Finish time: 9:00 hours.
